Use it freely
SnapaPdf is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You don't need an account, you don't need to credit us, and there are no rate limits. The output files you create are yours, there are no licence restrictions on what you produce with SnapaPdf.
No warranty
SnapaPdf is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we test thoroughly, we can't guarantee that every tool will work perfectly with every PDF. Edge cases exist. Always keep a copy of your original file before processing, the output is downloaded to your device, not stored anywhere we can recover.
Don't misuse it
You're responsible for the documents you process. Do not use SnapaPdf for illegal purposes, including processing copyrighted material without permission, removing security from documents you don't own the rights to, or violating privacy laws. We don't see what you do, but that doesn't make illegal use legal.
Ownership
SnapaPdf is an independent project built from scratch. The site, its design and its code are © SnapaPdf, all rights reserved. You may use the tools freely for any purpose, personal or commercial, but you may not copy, clone, resell or rehost the site or its source code without written permission.
Service availability
We may take the site offline at any time without notice. Because everything runs in your browser, we recommend installing SnapaPdf as a Progressive Web App (PWA), once installed, it works offline and continues to function even if the live site is unavailable.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero. We're not responsible for data loss, missed deadlines, processing errors, or any indirect damages arising from using SnapaPdf. Test on a copy of your file before relying on the output.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will reset the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SnapaPdf is operated. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
These terms are written in plain language for clarity. They are not a substitute for legal advice. If you operate in a regulated industry, consult counsel before relying on any third-party tool.
